二、 In April 2023, the company organized a fire emergency rescue drill to firmly establish fire safety awareness among employees, timely eliminate various fire hazards, and through the drill, teach employees how to use fire extinguishers and hydrants, improve their self safety awareness, and resolve hidden dangers.
三、 On June 24, 2023, in order to enrich employees' leisure cultural life, the company organized a one-day team building activity at Taizhou Shenxianju. Enterprise Review Chapter
一、 In March 2023, the company held a standard review meeting as the first drafting unit for the "Group Standard for Shield Tunnel Segment Forming Equipment". The group standard expert group conducted a standard review of the standard and completed the standard approval by the end of April. It was officially released on May 22.
The release of this standard fills the gap in our company's group standard industry in Zhejiang Province.
二、In May 2023, experts were organized to conduct a re examination of ISO quality management system and occupational health and safety management certification, which was successfully passed.
三、In July 2023, our company participated in the drafting of the Zhejiang Provincial Group Standard "Ultra High Efficiency Variable Frequency Speed Control Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors for Compressors", which was officially released.
四、The company actively carries out the creation of safety standardization and continuously improves the level of enterprise safety production management. In April 2023, it submitted an application for enterprise safety production standardization review to the emergency management department. In November 2023, an expert group visited our company for a three-level standardization on-site review and passed it smoothly.

一、 In order to further strengthen the construction of enterprise high-tech research and development centers and accelerate the construction of a technological innovation system, our company independently applied for the "Hangzhou Enterprise High tech Research and Development Center" in March 2023. After expert review, on-site inspection, and recommendation publicity procedures, it was successfully recognized as the Hangzhou Enterprise High tech Research and Development Center on May 23, 2023.
二、After the approval of the Municipal R&D Center, the company further strengthened the industrialization of its achievements and improved the technological content of its products. In July 2023, it applied for the provincial-level high-tech enterprise R&D center. On November 6, 2023, our company's application for the "Zhejiang Hongli Large scale Metal Component Intelligent Manufacturing High tech Enterprise R&D Center" was successfully registered and publicized.
三、In order to promote the development of enterprises towards specialization, refinement, specialization, and innovation, enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, and promote high-quality development of small and medium-sized enterprises, in September 2023, our company independently declared as a "specialized, refined, distinctive, and new" small and medium-sized enterprise in Zhejiang Province based on the actual situation of the enterprise. On December 7th, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology organized the second batch of provincial specialized, refined, distinctive, and new small and medium-sized enterprise certification work for 2023, and our company was successfully included in the list.
